Aye, 3 posts in less than 24 hours. Something is wrong with me.

Late night post.

Short note: Happy birthday to my cousin, Sylvia. ;) 

Time flies. It's already 10th October. Raya started 10 days ago. SPM is in a month. I AM SO FRIGGIN' SCARED NOW. And I'm not even prepared. I set goals earlier this week, that I have to finish at least 5 chapters of History, 3 for Chem, 3 for Phy and 4 for Bio. All that by Sunday! I'm not even half-way through, meaning I'll have to keep myself away from distractions such as internet, piano, tv, food, naps in the next two days. I will try my best. I have to do it. So, so many years of school and it all comes down to SPM. Once I'm done with that, I'll speak my mind about 'some things' .. haha. 

*News flash* 

I was napping in the afternoon the other day (which I have to do much less and instead use that time to study!), I was awaken by my phone alarm. I snoozed it and I had 1 sms. So instead of going back to Lalaland, I checked the message. It was my theory teacher.

Her: You already know your theory result?

Me: No..

Her: Do you want to know?

Me: Can.. 

FYI, I paid for my theory exam registration fee with the money I earned from my part-time teaching. RM184, and I was making 150 a month. Yeah, you may say "Ask your parents to pay lah..". This is what happened:

A few months before the exam, I asked my mom if I should sit for the theory exam and she was like "You're learning it and we've paid (so much) for the classes you take, just sit for it then. Why, don't you want to take the exam?" I was like "I don't know.." Mom went, "What do you mean 'don't know'? Everything 'don't know'. You're taking lessons and yet you don't want to sit for the exam, what's the point then?!"

So, I felt kinda bad after that. I was worried that if I sat for the exam, I would not pass. Haha. I was still kinda blur with the format qnd questions, that's why. In the end I decided to go on with it. I didn't have the guts to ask money from my mom to pay the fees, so I forked out some money from what I've earned in the past months. I'm the type of person who doesn't like asking parents for money and prefer them to give it to me whenever they wish to do so. I don't know why. I never told my mom about the fee. haha.

I passed my Grade 6 Theory with merit! Actually, I didn't set my expectations too high. Passing the exam was good enough for me and distinction would be a big bonus. It definitely feels good and much better when you achieve and succeed in something because of what you did, yourself and in my case, I paid for the exam fee. =) Big deal? haha. Of course I studied for it too. It's not like I can copy someone else's answers :-o But I feel so much more happier because of that. I don't know how to explain this. I guess it's like working hard, earning money and buying yourself a well-deserved treat. My treat was passing the exam. (If you know what I mean). Satisfaction from self-accomplishment. What I am blabbering... pft. haha

When I told my mom about it, her response pretty much surprised me. 

Me: mi (in short for mommy), I passed my theory..

Her: OH!! Congratulations! *with a very happy tone, smiles*

I think the last time I got that from her was when I got straight As in PMR. Haha. I don't know if it was a big deal to her but that made me feel like she was proud of my achievement. When I won an event during Sports Day, she reacted differently, more of like 'You won?', usually under-estimated because of my size when I'm compared to my opponents. Most of the time, I don't even bother telling my parents that I've won something during Sports Day unless they asked me. Otherwise, I'd just get into the car with the medal(s) in my bag, go home and celebrate on my own. And probably blog about it. Haha.

My dad teased and said that I should belanja them since I passed my theory exam. I was like 'erhh'. I think I should though. I owe them, not money wise but rather for what they've done for me. 

It seems that I have so many exams this year. Ugh.

Here's another different story.

On Wednesday, we (my classmates and I) had to fill a form for our Sijil Berhenti Sekolah. My friends and I kinda had fun with it, making up silly stuff for certain sections of the form. Here are some.. 

Sebab berhenti sekolah: [ We are required to put 'Tamat Tingkatan 5' ]

- Menubuh parti 'gay' (WY to William.. haha)

- Menyertai pertandingan Ratu Cantik (you can actually get suspended for participating in a beauty pageant. unbelievable)

It was funnier when it happened 'live' the other day. When I try to re-tell it, it sounds so .. lame. Eeh. But I can tell any recycled jokes to Eunice because she'll laugh at a certain point when you don't expect her to. Sometimes she doesn't laugh at the funny part, but she laughs AFTER that. weird. Neece, see you on Sunday and lets laugh some more. Laughter is the best medicine. 

School was boring today. I kept turning to Joan and randomly sing lines from songs and then go back to doing whatever I was trying to do..

I just couldn't wait to get home and have lunch. haha. Then, during the last period, I migrated to Pei Yin's seat to reminisce with Nat and William. William then confessed that he copied my answers during Music test in Primary 6. There were 20 questions and he said he copied all of my answers and we both got 100%. I was like WTH?! Did we even sit near each other then? Haha. Those days were good.

Sunday night, Liverpool played against Man. City away from home.

I went downstairs to the living room and turned on the tv to watch. It was 10 p.m. By half-time, Liverpool was down by 2-0. Aduh, geramnya. Then I went upstairs to continue doing my Add. Math. Came back down, 2-1. So I stayed 'till the match ended. I'm glad I stayed.. because I get to watch Torres score =)

I thought Dirk Kuyt was never gonna score since he blew the chance of scoring an opener in the first half. Ugh. Even I can score that one.. haha. However, he scored the winning goal for The Reds. Comeback Kings, they are.

So, it takes 92 minutes for Kuyt to score a goal. -.-

Only at Manchester City. 

The only thing that matters - 3 points. Haha.

I LOVE TO STUDY. AHHHHHHHHH.

I shouldn't be awake nor online.. My brother's watching MU playing. It's a Saturday night, so what the heck. Wait, it's a Sunday morning. School's tomorrow. Dang.

Yesterday, I went to Zaty's house with WY and the JC twins, Ryner was there too. We were talking, chatting away and then I asked Ryner what he movie he was watching before I came because he said he was enjoying the movie and so on. He was watching 'Sumolah'. 

Then I asked him if he had watched 'Sepet'. He hasn't. Then, he asked me if I've seen the commercial about a Chinese boy and a Malay girl in love, holding hands in the end. I haven't. It was a commercial by Yasmin Ahmad and both Zaty and Ryner had seen it. So I thought to myself, "How is it that I have not seen nor heard of that one before until just now??" Maybe I was too busy and had no time to watch tv =P

Here's the commercial. It's so cute, so you'd better watch or else .. you have to pause Lotus' growth for me. (Eunice's bitch puppy. she's female what... haha) It's an award-winning commercial by the way- a Gold Lion at the Cannes Advertising Festival 2008. Can? Haha.

I've watched Sepet and Gubra, but that was a few years ago. If I had the chance to watch them again, I would. Why not? I haven't watched Mukhsin and Muallaf though. 

I don't know, I like her films? Or maybe because she's won many international awards. =P Support your local productions bah. 'We Malaysians what, together -gether lah'. Ugh, that (annoying) KRU song. Haha. I haven't watched enough to say that 'I love her movies' so I'm at 'I like her movies' now. Her new movie, 'Talentime' just wrapped up I guess. And Pamela Chong is in it. If you don't know, she is Vanessa's sister aka partner in TARA 2 and Vince Chong's sister. If you don't know who Vince Chong is, you.. you.. you bagai katak di bawah tempurung (you're not Susan). Kidding. I admit, I don't know any Nicholas Teo songs. I don't think I even know how he sounds like but I do know that he sings in Mandarin. I also know how he looks like.. 

Read this. Ban Sepet? So close-minded meh. Langsung tiada penghargaan dan penghayatan terhadap bidang kesenian. WTH.

I'm not quite sure what I just said and whether it made sense or may offend anyone. I must be sleepy and tired to care about what I write. Haha. I'm glad that Sepet wasn't banned and I hope Astro Kirana will repeat the movie, and not only during special occasions like Raya or Merdeka Day. Pft.

1. I just recently assembled an LCD computer monitor on my own without any help from anyone. :) it was so easy. haha. take out from box, remove old monitor, plug in new monitor and TADA.

2. I'm into Korean films now.

3. I am now shorter than my younger brother which makes me the shortest in my family. hmph.

4. I'm not an anti-social, I just don't like going to town and all that because I feel unsafe.

5. I rejected the offer to become a prefect in secondary school, twice, although I was a prefect in primary school. Maybe I was just having my teenage-rebel moments.

6. I'm good at Math, but not so in Add Math. Because I'm normal, not abnormal. haha. wait, no sense? I got one more (lame joke):

Add math= use MORE paper!

Still, no? Haha. never mind.

7. I was 'Murid Contoh' for Co-curriculum and Overall in Primary school.

8. When I'm bored or have absolutely nothing to do, I drink water. for example, when class is boring, I pick up my bottle and *gulp, gulp..* 

9. I used to be ashamed but I'm not afraid to say this anymore but I am still a little traumatised by it. This is nothing to brag about but rather as a sharing. I was assaulted/attacked by an unknown guy when I was 14, at McDonald's Padungan toilet. I vowed never to go there anymore, but I went there once after the incident because my uncle brought us there for lunch. I never felt safe anymore after that incident and I hate going out, especially to the city centre where there are a lot of 'those people' lurking around. So, I tell my friends, be careful. And to you know who you are, please don't carry your phone or purse in your hand. F*CK YOU SCUM BAG. Why did you run away, what was the reason you did that to me, coward? I don't understand people like you. How fortunate you are to have all your limbs still attached to you and yet you do those things? Get a job, get a life. Zaman Jahiliah sudah lama berlalu, tahu?! That incident is still fresh in my mind and I remembered praying that you'll rot in hell. I thought I would die of haemorrhage. How angry I was. I'm suppose to forgive but I haven't learned how to do so. It's so hard, after what had happened. Hopefully I will have a change of heart, forgive and forget. It is the little things that make one appreciate life more.

When someone says 'be careful, take care of yourself', they really mean it. Anything can happen at anytime and anywhere. Just like what happened to the Japanese guy a few weeks ago. Wow, what a let-go.

10. I downloaded for the first time this year and it was JUNO. :)

11. When I was in primary school, I cycled to my friend's house (it was just across the park, which is now Taman Sahabat). And on the way back, two (they looked big to me okay. haha) PUPPIES chased me. I cycled so fast and passed a drain about 5 inches wide. I thought that the drain was small enough for the bicycle wheels to just ride across. No. My bicycle flipped (me too) and I landed on grass (luckily it wasn't cement or anything hard). I think I passed out for a short while. *I think lah* Then, I 'woke up' and saw my bicycle-wheels facing the sky and the seat on the grass. The two puppies stood still and stared at me. Looking back, oh how funny that was. hahaha. No one saw me, only the two puppies. And oh! BOTH TYRES PUNCTURED after it flipped. So I had to 'walk' the bicycle home. HAHA. See, I'm adventurous! 

12. When I was young, I tried to do the 'Superman' or the 'no-hands' while riding my bicycle. I failed miserably. I fell, I don't know what happened to my big toe but blood oozed out of it, had cuts and scratches and so on. This happened at the parking lot near the park which is now in front of the United Surveyors something building. I have a scar on my toe to remind me of that day. Haha.

13. I don't know what career to choose, I feel like doing everything but I'm not Wonder Woman. =P

14. I don't like to waste paper. I think I'm an environmentalist. Haha.

15. Last year 'she' stole my seat and I had to sit with someone I wasn't fond of, which I still think was very wrong of 'her' to do so but whatever, I benefited from it. Come to think of it, if 'she' hadn't took my seat, I wouldn't have been as close to my 'Mandarin tutor' and the others as I am now, I'd probably wouldn't even talk to them. So, there's a weird thing. What goes around, comes around. Haha.
