Well enough to post

I'm back! After 10 days of sickness. ergh. I'm actually feeling much better today..now.. Last week was.. terrible. haha.. Lets forget that.

As Sammy posted about the comeback of the tennis sport in 2008 and he's all excited about it, so is Badminton!! It's back! And I'm excited bout it. haha. Unless you live under a coconut shell and you are a frog, then you mustn't have known that the BWF Super Series is back. It kicked off with the Malaysian Open last week and the results for the M'sian doubles i must say was disappointing I suppose. KKK/TBH didn't reach the finals. Olympics? I wanna see them win more titles this year. haha. Well, just a short recap of the winners. Lee Chong Wei bt Lee Hyun Il in men's singles. Mixed doubles won by China, women's doubles won by China, Men's doubles I didnt watch and women's singles won by Denmark!!! Honestly, I've never been that excited to watch a women's singles match before in my life (unless it was Wong Mew Choo's victorious final last year which I hope i can watch again) may years ago, I never even bother to watch the women's singles. I thought it was boring and not as thrilling as the men's. But Tine Rasmussen and Zhu Lin really gave a good game for us audience. The first game was a close one but Zhu Lin won it and in the last few points of the 2nd game it looks as though Zhu Lin was already gonna win it but The 29-year old Danish fought back and won the 2nd game. Then in the 3rd game, Tine lost her footing and kinda slipped or should i say 'terseliuh'. Her ankles were already wrapped in skin-colour bandage before the match and she had to take a few minutes time-out to get her ankles..more wrapped? haha. So nervous at that point coz i wanted her to win.. China's been dominating so no harm for someone else from another country to win it right? haha. In the end, she won it. She deserved it. Yay. :P

Gao Ling only managed 2nd place in women's doubles :( and where's Huang Sui? lol. That's all for badminton.. Korean Open this week. :D

Hmm..

Amazingly, homeworks are getting lesser nowadays! haha.. well, if im not mistaken there's only 2 History questions to do today. . plus 2 Chemistry PEKA reports.. and analysing Syair Jong Pecah but Bm teacher said if we had the ref book then we didnt need to do the analysing.. haha. eh, that's considered 'not much' already to me. Before this it was homework for every subject in that particular day. Darn it, I've been procrastinating my Add. math homework so now I still have add math to do. so there IS quite a sum of homework.. haha.

Today's Thursday!!! meaning... 8-9PM American Idol and 9-10PM TARA2 (The Amazing Race Asia 2). Last week's TARA2 was rather scary when Vanessa suddenly forgot what she just did after diving from a 10m high platform. I hope she's fine after that. I'm rooting for them...cos' they're Malaysian girls who kick ass? haha.. I'm rooting for those underdog teams most of the time. Paula & Natasha.. Pamela & Vanessa.. Marc & Rovilson are so good in this game! haha.. They've been first to the pit stop like... since the 2nd leg. On the 1st leg, (who else if not) Pamela & Vanessa came in first! They beat the Filipino boys when they arrive at the market ahead of the boys, and that was where they had to eat balut eggs.. ew. anyway, Go girls!

CNY is.. about a week and a half away so yay! cos' it's cny but boo! cos' my school hols for cny is only till the 10th and we have to go back to school on Monday (5th Day of CNY).. and i want more clothes. haha.. And on 2nd feb there's this WYDVC thing at my church. I wanna attend it but I'm always occupied on Saturday afternoons so if I were to go, I'd only be able to go in the morning.. Darn. haha.. and when is MSSM badminton?! I hope teacher's gonna send girl's team. pretty please.. I'm a worried freak now. =\ haha.

I have more things to do now. Until next time, sayonara.

First 2 days of 'skull' :P

'skull'? something I remembered from an episode of Winnie the Pooh..
Pooh: Christopher Robin!....
Oh.. Pooh's so cute and hug-able!

Yesterday was my first day of school in 2008 and... it was alright. Slept pretty late the night before but, still managed to drag myself outta bed in the morning :D, made myself breakfast, bathed and I told Fiona I'd try to reach school by 6.25am 'cause she asked me if I could get to school that early.. My butt
lar reach school by 6.25. I was still at home then and I left my house around 6.30. You know how it is on the first day of school. Traffic here and there.. So I told my dad to drop me off at the back gate and I could walk in cos' it's faster and I can avoid the traffic at the front gate... and ugh it wasn't opened! So there, wasted a few minutes at the back and my dad had to drive me into the school using the front gate. Traffic traffic traffic!!! JAMMED! *damn, I can't be late on the first day already?!* There are 3 schools and a teacher's college in that area and we're all using the same road to enter the school/college.

.. I wasn't late!! Whee~ I paced to my class which is still where last year's 5A was so it wasn't hard to find. Someone kind saved a seat for me, a good seat, by writing my name on the table..with yellow chalk.. Thanks. haha. Then, my class teacher came in and settled some stuff like the textbooks, school fees... Then came the part where she read the school rules out loud for us. Neece as sitting next to me cos'.. I told her to? haha.. My friend who was suppose to sit next to me went to Taiwan for (an extended) holiday =/ So when my teacher read the rules, I couldn't help but make funny statements .. I wanted to keep the fun to myself but with Neece beside me? In my sweet dreams.. hahaha. We made fun of a few rules by twisting their meanings and ..we had a good laugh. It was silly..

Then came Physics.. the early part of a chapter is easy to understand but when it reaches its climax, fuyoh.. Then I really need to pay 500% attention.. Some teachers already gave us homework on the first day .. sighs. What to do, have to finish the syllabus by the end of July.

Today, there was assembly in the hall. And how great, there were just so many things said during the assembly that we had to stand in the hall which obviously wasn't made to be occupied by the whole morning session. Luckily it was a rainy morning otherwise we'd be stuffing like sardines in a can. We were standing for (I'm pretty sure it was) more than an hour. I was pretty sleepy and restless the whole day cos i slept late again last night.. actually slept this morning.. haha. HUSH. The only way to make me feel awake is to.. LAUGH. yeah... Do I have homework today?oh yeah.. yesterday's history homework, and revision, revision, revision. Plus have to memorise pieces of music and life facts about J.S. Bach cos' my theoy teacher did say that she was gonna test me.. arhh! And.. practise my violin :P and badminton tomorrow morning!! Haven't played for quite a while and inter-school competition is usually in January.. hope not.. haha. CNY coming what..

At Neece's during our Christmas dinner,
Albert: You keep making silly remarks about stuff ..
Me: Was it funny?.. or lame.. haha
Albert: It's lame... but it makes you wanna laugh cos' it's funny.
Haha.. *hugs*

Jan. 1 '08. A New Beginning?

As you've all noticed, I've changed my blog skin. A new beginning? hahahaha.. School is the day after tomorrow and heck my report card is still in my bag and no one has touched it since the day I received it from my class teacher which was last year and oh goodness what have I done during the holidays and not even take it out and show it to my parents and ask them to sign it... phew. Maybe because I had like. 4 Cs for my year-end term exam? hahaha. But since it's 2008 and it's a new year, I am determined to make a change for the good.. of me. :P I hope not to procrastinate nor neglect my studies whenever I'm hooked onto something like.. tv for example. Well, 'luckily' I've already finished watching Heroes: Volume 2 otherwise I might be watching tv during school nights which I should be spending time with my *ahem* studies. SPM bah... what to do.

Sigh. I have been sleeping (really) late during the holidays. An average of maybe 2am every night.. watching movies, tv shows, playing computer games... I can't resist it. haha. Since my brother got back from NZ, his laptop was like the 'IT' thing at home. He had games and other stuff in it.. I never get bored.. In fact, I think I use it almost everyday. :) Now he's in Damai and I've been using the laptop for about 3 hours.. haha.

So, how am I gonna wake up at 5 in the morning every day from 3rd January onwards so that I can make it to school on time? I don't know.. tonight might be the last night I am ever gonna sleep on the next day again..haha. So, it's either 1. watch Veronica Mars until I-don't-know-what-time or 2. Sleep early and try to wake up early tomorro morning. And maybe do some studies... hahhaha. Option 2 seems like it's never gonna happen in my head. Uh-oh.. I have to study the composer/music history book for my theory, which I haven't done yet.. urgh me.

There goes my first entry of 2008. :D Cheers.
